Is ClawKeep really free?

Yes. The CLI is MIT-licensed and works entirely locally. Use your own storage (NAS, S3, any provider) — no account, no limits, free forever.

What if I exceed my cloud storage?

Extra storage is $0.50/GB per month. You'll see usage warnings in your dashboard before any charges apply.

Can I switch from local to cloud?

Yes. Create an account, generate an API key, and point the CLI at ClawKeep Cloud. Your existing local backups stay intact.

What does zero-knowledge mean?

Your data is encrypted with AES-256 on your machine before upload. We store only encrypted blobs — we can't read your files, code, or keys. Lost password = lost data.
